Lessons & Trail Rides
Looking to learn how to ride a horse but you don't own one yet? Not a problem, we offer lesson horses of all levels for clients to begin their equine adventures until they are prepared to find the horse of their dreams.
Visitors and locals are encouraged to try lessons and enjoy one of our scenic trail rides. We offer riding lessons and trail rides Tuesday - Saturdays, and are closed Sunday and Mondays. Looking for boarding or training services? Click here.
We offer lessons from beginning to advanced riders and specialize in General Riding & Horsemanship, Reining, Cutting, and Trails. We are strong believers that proper communication from understanding the psychology of the horse is the best basis of learning. Flight animals as intelligent as horses need to be spoken to in their language, we just need to learn that language as riders and let the fun begin!

"There are many styles of teaching but the one that works best is the one that is built on respect for the student, the horse and tradition. This is what I find at the Nojouqui Horse Ranch, a place of welcoming and respect. A great environment in which to learn."
I rode horses throughout my childhood but was never taught HOW to ride. Nojoqui Ranch is a beautiful, warm and welcoming place to learn. From trail riding to competitions, Amber's smile, patience, experience and knack for teaching/ training keeps one coming back! Supported by a wonderful staff, which is hard to find, I know I'm always in good hands.
